Kenneth A. Dulle Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Dateline: Holiday Shores Kenneth A. Dulle, 74, of Worden, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at 4:52 pm, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, surrounded by his family. He was born in on March 19, 1948, in Highland, IL, the son of Vincent and Bernette (Netemeyer) Dulle. He married Sharon M. Harnetiaux in Edwardsville, on March 30, 1985. Ken was Operations Manager of the Holiday Shores Sanitary District. A graduate of St. Louis University with a degree in Aeronautics, he had used his training in several fields including employment at McDonnell Douglas for over twenty years. A long-time resident of Holiday Shores, he served on the board of directors for over ten years including a number of terms as president and had also served on numerous committees. Ken was an active supporter of Saints Peter and Paul Homeless Shelter in St. Louis, Missouri, in addition to a number of other charitable institutions. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Bethalto for many years. His passions were travel, animals, and people – he never knew a stranger. By avocation, he was a talented carpenter and artist. He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Sharon; a daughter, Stephanie (Steve) Brider of St. Jacob, IL; a brother, Gary (Mary) Dulle of Trenton, IL; and cousins with whom he was raised, Judith Dulle of Washington, MO, James (Barb) Dulle of Maryville, IL, and Ronald (Donna) Dulle of Bloomington, IL; numerous nieces and nephews; and a circle of friends whom he considered family. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a cousin with whom he was raised, Kevin (Carey) Dulle. Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 10:00am until time of Mass at 12:00pm, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Bethalto. Celebrant will be Father Tom Liebler. Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto will officiate.
